Greenwood
Greenwood was Founded in 1956, and is located 20 minutes west of Minneapolis, Minnesota on Highway 7. Our beautiful city on the lake is home to about 800 people. We may be small, but we have a lot to offer. Greenwood residents enjoy our close proximity to Lake Minnetonka for our year-round fun including boating, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and skating. Greenwood is also home to the Old Log Theater.

Amenities
Greenwood has two public docks that it maintains and that can be rented. The city is right across the bay from Excelsior and is part of that active community, including lakeside restaurants and an active night life.
